CONTRACT PERIOD
The contract period is for one year commencing from the date of purchase.
DEFINITIONS
LMS refers to the "Investit Academy online Commercial Learning Management System"
Licensor: Investit Software Inc. and Investit Academy
Licensee: The organization subscribing to the LMS
Organization: The organization subscribing to the LMS
Single office license. The organization has a license for one office
Multiple office license. The organization has multiple offices in different locations whose members have access to the organization's LMS
Member. Any person who belongs to the Organization such as an owner, manager, sales person or agent and administrative staff
Applicant. Sales person being interview for a sale or support position who is enrolled in the LMS in order to take the competency test. The applicant has no access to the LMS education and learning activities
CONTRACT PERIOD
The contract period is for one year commencing from the date of purchase.
ANNUAL RENEWAL
Upon the end of the Term, the Agreement shall automatically renew for another year, unless either party terminates the Agreement in writing within 30 days prior to the end of the one year term.
Renewal Price: The price for the aforementioned products and services relating to Investit Academy LMS may be adjusted for each renewal term by the percentage change indicated by Statistics Canada's Consumer Price Index, Historical Summary for All-Items, for the preceding calendar year.
AUTHORIZED USE
The number of Organization's offices cannot exceed the number selected when completing the payment process. As an example, if the number of offices selected was three then the number of offices connected to the LMS cannot exceed three.
Only authorized members of the Organization are allows access to the Organization’s LMS. Access must not be provided to individuals outside the organization except for applicants who are enrolled to take the competency test.
The Organization must immediately remove any member who leaves the Organization by removing their login privileges thus preventing them access to the Investit Academy LMS either directly or indirectly through the Investit LMS URL or the Organization’s web site.
UPGRADES
During the term of this Agreement, Investit shall provide any universal upgrades to the Investit AAcademy LMS free of charge.
CUSTOMIZATION
Customization of the Investit Academy is limited to adding two logos to the LMS header and adding educational content such as videos, articles, PDF’s etc.
